University of Virginia

$75.00

The University of Virginia was founded by Thomas Jefferson and is one of the original “Public Ivies.” It is known for its historic foundations, student-run honor code, and secret societies. The University has had a rich and lasting connection to both historical men and times in the US. The first classes met in 1825.

The buildings depicted are located on “The Lawn” and include certain Pavilions and the Rotunda. The Rotunda is the most recognizable symbol on campus. The Pavilions were designed for students and professors to live. Each of the ten Pavilions has its own classical architectural style and walled garden separated by Serpentine Walls.

UVA delights in its history, academics, and athletics making this a unique gift for recent graduates, past alumni, and fans of all ages. Continue making memories!

Your school’s artwork was created by hand using pen, ink, and watercolor. The paper is hand cut and layered to give the work a creative three-dimensional appeal. The image is 3.5” x 12.5” and is framed with a blue/orange mat in a 9” x 18” quality, black metal frame.
