The buildings depicted are Nichols Hall, Kedzie Hall, and Anderson Hall. The predominant architectural feature of the Manhattan campus is the use of native limestone. Anderson Hall was built in three stages between 1877 and 1885. It has housed the administrative offices for more than a century.
