The Gold Dome of Price Memorial Hall draws the North Georgia Nighthawks home to their campus in the middle of gold country. North Georgia is the second oldest public college in Georgia.
The artwork of North Georgia shows the buildings looking across the drill field. North Georgia has a vast military history. The buildings depicted are Rogers Hall, Price Memorial Hall, Nix Mountain Cultural Center, and Barnes Hall. Price Memorial Hall was built on the foundation of the mint that was located in Dahlonega during the gold rush.
