United States Naval Academy

The United States Naval Academy is the second-oldest service academy in the U.S., and is home to a large number of historical sites. Each “plebe” applying for candidacy must first be nominated by a congressman, senator, the Vice-President, or the President, and must pass a physical fitness test and medical exam.

The buildings depicted are Mahan Hall, The Boat House, Bancroft Hall, The Gazebo, and The Naval Academy Chapel. Bancroft Hall is the dormitory that houses all midshipmen and is the largest dormitory in the world. The Boat House, also known as Hubbard Hall, houses the Naval Academy’s popular rowing teams.
