University of Nebraska
$75.00
The University of Nebraska was founded in 1869 making it the state’s oldest and largest university. The Cornhuskers were the first school to celebrate homecoming. Other schools soon followed.
The buildings depicted are Memorial Stadium, Mueller Tower, Morrill Museum, Love Library, and the Union. Mueller Tower chimes every hour for students. Morrill Museum is home to the University of Nebraska State Museum, however, the school children call it Elephant Hall. Love Library stacks were used as barracks in WWII.
Nebraska students take great pride in their school while building lasting memories. That makes this a unique gift for recent graduates, past alumni, and fans of all ages. Relive the memories!
Your school’s artwork was created by hand using pen, ink, and watercolor. The paper is hand cut and layered to give the work a creative three-dimensional appeal. The image is 3.5” x 12.5” and is framed with a red/white mat in a 9” x 18” quality, black metal frame.
