University of Oklahoma

Created by the Oklahoma Territorial Legislature, the University of Oklahoma not only serves their students, but also serves the needs of the state. The school is well known for their athletic programs with their mascot being Sooner Schooner. The Sooner’s football team has won seven national championships.

The buildings depicted are Jacobson Hall, Evans Hall, and Bissell Memorial Library. Evans Hall is the central administration building containing the offices of the President and the Provost. The Bissell Memorial Library is a Gothic style building that became the flagship research library for the state of Oklahoma.
