Louisiana State University
The LSU campus is know for its 1,200 live oak trees and Italian Renaissance architecture. It was founded as a military academy and is steeped in military tradition, giving rise to the school’s nickname, “The Ole War Skule.”
The buildings depicted are the Quadrangle, Memorial Tower, and Paul M. Hebert Law Center. The Quad is a great place for students to gather and is beautiful in the spring when the azaleas bloom. The Memorial Tower chimes every quarter of the hour and at noon plays the alma mater.
