Marshall University was founded in 1837 after John Marshall, the fourth Chief Justice of the United States. The University’s School of Medicine and Digital Forensics Program have been ranked among the top in the nation.

The buildings depicted are Science Hall, Morrow Library, Old Main, and the Memorial Fountain. The Science Hall was built in 1950 and has been expanded over the years. Completed in 1930, Morrow Library is an auxiliary library and museum. Old Main, the original campus building, now serves as the administration building and is built on Maple Grove. The Memorial Fountain was built in honor of the 1970 football team’s plane crash. Every year a memorial service is held on the anniversary of that fateful day.

Marshall University students take great pride in their school while building lasting memories. That makes this a unique gift for recent graduates, past alumni, and fans of all ages. Relive the memories!

Your school’s artwork was created by hand using pen, ink, and watercolor. The paper is hand cut and layered to give the work a creative three-dimensional appeal. The image is 3.5” x 12.5” and is framed with a green/white mat in a 9” x 18” quality, black metal frame.
